Beni the Boss has been flying all over the world for over 30 years, and started Airtime Paragliding back in 2012. A local lad from Wengen, our fearless leader is an awesome pilot, keen skier, and all-round good guy! When he's not trying to keep the Airtime team under control, you'll find him on the mountain having fun with his kids.

Wouter traded the flatlands of Holland for the Swiss Alps, drawn by a life of mountain adventure. When he’s not in the air, he’s camping with his kids or kitesurfing on alpine lakes. After more than 20 years of paragliding, he still loves sharing the magic of flight with Airtime guests.

Fabian is an incredibly talented pilot from the french side of Switzerland who has been flying for over 20 years. He loves flying in all its forms, from kitesurfing on the water to BASEjumping from the cliffs, and he is stoked to share his flying adventures with you!

Ben is a UK - New Zealand - Swiss travelling pilot, who chases flying adventures around the globe. A true adventurer and highly skilled pilot, he spends his summers here in Lauterbrunnen, where he shares his passion for flight with our guests. Check out his adventures online now!

Haydon 'Tiger' has been flying since 2009, and lost count of his flights around 5000 or so! He's a keen sports guy - if he's not paragliding he's sailing, trail running, hiking, flying planes... or teaching kids - yep he is also a teacher!
He loves nature and being in the mountains with friends; and flying with Airtime in Mürren means he gets to do this every day.

Bruno is one of those people who is good at EVERYTHING! A pilot for 17+ years (he stopped counting flights many years ago!), he also works with the local paragliding school, is a qualified plumber AND helps to run the local pub - he really has it all! Bruno is also a born-and-bred Mürren local, who loves to share a birds-eye view of his hometown with our guests.

Mary is a solo pilot from the UK who came to Lauterbrunnen to fly - and didn't leave! When she's not in the office keeping us all organised you'll find her out in the mountains, flying, biking and hiking.

While the other kids were playing football, Vincent was playing with his paraglider - and taking every chance he got to go tandem flying with his dad. He grew up dreaming of becoming a professional pilot... and then he made it happen!
Now he's a three-time Swiss Acro Champion and, when he's not competing in the upside-down world of acro, you'll find him cruising the Lauterbrunnen valley with our guests!

Buzz came here from New Zealand to BASEjump - and never left! He lives here now with his family, and commutes to work by paraglider. Living the dream!

Deano joins us from Queenstown, New Zealand... but his favourite part of the world to fly is right here in Mürren. He's been paragliding and speedflying (a smaller, faster paraglider) since 2006, and has flown over 5000 happy customers - his favourite part of the job is sharing his love of flying with all our guests, and watching them leave their comfort zone with a big smile on their face!

Giorgio traded the Italian dolce vita for the Swiss Alps over 10 years ago, falling in love with Mürren and the Jungfrau region from day one! A total outdoor enthusiast, you’ll find him Speedriding down snowy faces in winter, and tackling Hike & Fly competitions or Vol-Biv adventures in summer. With more than 1,000 flights under his belt, he's stoked to share his deep passion for these mountains and the ultimate thrill of flight with every guest!

Louis is a professional paragliding pilot with more than one medal to his name - he regularly competes in 'Acrobatic' World Championship competitions where he usually ends up on a podium! He loves to share his passion for flight and is also a paragliding Instructor; we're stoked to have him flying with the Airtime team.

Mario has flown more than 1400 of our guests so far... He just LOVES giving people that 'holy crap, we're flyiiiing!' moment! In fact, Mürren is his favourite place on earth to fly - even if it does mean hiking up to take off with 20kilos on his back! - because the views from the top make it 100% worth it. Instagram? Never! He's too busy climbing, kitesurfing, diving, skiing, flying...

Flying has been Jack's passion since he was 18 years old — one flight and he was hooked for life. For nearly a decade, he's worked as a paragliding instructor and tandem pilot, first in New Zealand and now in Interlaken, the place he calls home.

Ask him and he'll tell you: Mürren is, hands down, the best place in the world to fly. With its dramatic scenery, cascading waterfalls and beautiful flying conditions, Jack counts himself lucky to call it his office. Whether it's your first time in the air or you're a seasoned flyer, he loves sharing that same feeling of freedom and wonder that got him hooked all those years ago.

Michael is a surfing, skating, and snowboarding pilot who first got into flying simply because it was easier than hiking down the mountain. What started as a practical shortcut quickly turned into a real passion. These days, he loves every side of flying—from acrobatic manoeuvres to cruising through stunning mountain landscapes. His favourite part of the job is simply making people happy every day… closely followed by getting to fly in such epic scenery.

Michi has the moves! A paragliding pilot by day and salsa dancer by night, Michi also runs safety courses for pilots - he is the ultimate multi-hyphenate, and still manages to find time to spend with his family in the mountains.

Ashlee from Nebraska is an integral part of the team, making sure our pilots are happy and that everything runs smoothly for our guests. She worked in adventure tourism for many years before landing in Interlaken - and now she brings her juggling skills to Airtime!

Aussie Nick came to Lauterbrunnen by way of Contiki... and just couldn't leave! He started his paragliding journey here in Lauterbrunnen because it's a great way to get out into nature and calm the mind - and it remains his favourite place to fly. We're stoked he joined the Airtime crew!

Nicola is an acro pilot, climber, and mountain enthusiast who loves sharing the freedom of flight with others. When he’s not flying above the Swiss Alps, you’ll find him climbing, hiking, or enjoying electronic music with friends. Known for his relaxed nature and love of good conversations, he’s always happy to share an unforgettable adventure in the sky!

Tobi is an awesome pilot who really loves to share his passion for flying. He came to the valley from Germany and never left - which we're stoked about because we love having him on the team! Tobi lives in Mürren and commutes to work by paraglider; when he is not in the air you will find him having mountain adventures with his family!

Originally from Germany, Ulf has been here in Switzerland for almost 20 years. He has been flying since 2012, and has managed to strike the perfect balance - when he’s not here in his mountain office you’ll find him surfing in Indonesia!

Patrick loves the mountains; climbing them, hiking them, soaring over them... And sharing this spectacular scenery with our guests. As a qualified Mountain Guide as well as a Pilot with 5000+ flights, he knows these mountains inside out - you are in very experienced hands!

Ask Roman why he loves flying and he simply says 'Try it! You won't ask again!'
He loves the mountains, and so flying from Mürren is the dream... as you don't get any closer to the stunning alpine scenery than flying right through it, making people happy along the way!

If you love your tandem flight, valley local Toni is the person to talk to - as well as flying passengers he also teaches people how to paraglide! Toni has spent 18 years making more than 12,000 flights - he is President of the local paragliding club, part of the mountain rescue team and even a ski racer. He's our Swiss Army Knife Pilot - he does it all!

The Captain! Andres spends half of his time sailing in the South Pacific, and half flying here in Mürren. Is there a better balance in life?! He has been flying with guests for more than 20 years, from Nepal to New Zealand... until landing in 'paradise' and joining the Airtime team in 2023.

An OG Airtime Team Pilot, Dan is a proud Kiwi who has been flying both hanggliders and paragliders for more than 30 years, making thousands of flights all over the world - while also managing to be a dad and taxi service for his kids!

Danu is our very own Superman. He rocks a Clark Kent office job... Then steps into the phone booth and BOOM - he's a Superman paraglider pilot who flies off cliffs! Swiss born and raised, he has logged over 3000 flights in our beautiful Alps.

Roger has been guiding people in the mountains for over 25 years; so adding 'flying from mountains' to climbing up them seemed a natural progression. Paragliding has quickly become a close second to mountaineering in his opinion, and he loves showing the unique beauty of the Lauterbrunnen valley to our guests.

Marika has been flying for 15+ years, and paragliding has taken her all over the world; from her native Czech to New Zealand and now, in summer season, she flies with the Airtime Team. She has flown with over 4000 happy guests and has flown solo many thousands more - you're in safe hands!

Romano has a passion for the mountains; both flying within them and capturing them with a lens - take a look at his website for a peek at his photography. He particularly loves taking people flying from Mürren thanks to its truly unique landscape.

Léo spends the year travelling between New Zealand and Europe, following the seasons and doing what he loves most...flying. A passionate paragliding pilot with a love for the outdoors, he enjoys everything from mountain biking and kite surfing to long days flying in the mountains. He enjoys sharing his passion for paragliding with Airtime guests, and helping them discover the experience of flying in this incredible place.

When Dario isn't flying paragliders he is repairing and maintaining helicopters - he loves everything 'flight'! He is a very experienced pilot; currently ranked 84th in the world, he has been flying for over 12 years and regularly competes at world championship level.

After more than 30,000 flights across the globe, World Champion pilot François still considers Mürren the best place in the world to fly. Known for pushing limits, he holds the world altitude record at an astonishing 8,225 metres. Yet each summer, he returns to Mürren - not for records, but for the joy of sharing unforgettable moments in the air with Airtime guests.

Miri has been flying for 15 years, and loves travelling the world with her paraglider on her back... as well as exploring our 'local' mountains on hike&fly adventures.

Tom started testing out the art of flight at a young age... attaching plastic bags to his school bag and flinging himself off haystacks. Luckily his brother brought a real paraglider home one day and his piloting journey began... 27 years later he lives between Lauterbunnen and New Zealand, flying every day in the most beautiful places on earth.
